Disabled Sports USA Management Exchange Program

Disabled Sports USA’s National Office looks to provide opportunities to the local chapters that will enhance existing and future programs. The Management Exchange Program is being offered to facilitate greater communication and knowledge of Winter and Summer events throughout the country.

The Management Exchange Program will focus on what makes a program successful. DS/USA wants to provide an opportunity for managers from one DS/USA chapter to visit another program and share practices and policies. We hope to take advantage of the knowledge and skills spread throughout the country. Each adaptive program has developed in large measure independently of any other program.
